By accessing and using the Sathyam Performance Marketing website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

All services including SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and analytics setup are provided on the terms agreed in your individual service agreement or proposal.

Payment

Service fees are invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced in that billing period.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to ad accounts, analytics and website credentials.
• Review and approve creatives and copy within agreed timelines.
• Provide accurate business information required for campaign setup.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports and creative work produced by Sathyam Performance Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for ad platform policy changes, algorithm updates or market conditions beyond our control that may affect campaign performance.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. All work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.
